By subscribing to the LiveLeadz Annual Plan at $749/month, you are entering into a legally binding 12-month service agreement. This plan is billed in monthly installments of $749.00 USD and constitutes a full 12-month financial commitment totaling $8,988.00 USD.

Cancellation during the annual term does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining monthly installments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by LiveLeadz.

The Month-to-Month Plan at $1,499/month may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice to support@liveleadz.com. No partial-month refunds are issued.

LiveLeadz provides verified intent signal data for B2B and B2C marketing purposes. You, the subscriber, are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

LiveLeadz provides the data infrastructure. You execute the outreach. Any regulatory fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from non-compliant use of exported data are solely your responsibility.

You agree to implement reasonable opt-out mechanisms and honor all consumer data removal requests within 30 days of receipt.

The intent signal data, lead records, and proprietary algorithmic outputs provided by LiveLeadz are licensed exclusively for your internal marketing and sales use. You expressly agree NOT to resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer this data to any third-party agency, data broker, competitor, or individual.

Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate account termination without refund, and may subject you to legal action for damages.

LiveLeadz will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability of 99% uptime on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 24 hours in advance.

LiveLeadz reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform with 30 days notice. In the event of a material reduction in service, subscribers on annual plans may request a pro-rated credit.

LiveLeadz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that intent signal data represents behavioral inference and not a guarantee of purchase intent, contact accuracy, or campaign outcome.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
