LiveLeadz operates a proprietary intent signal engine that captures publicly available behavioral data — including search queries, browsing patterns, and engagement signals — from consented data partners across the web.

For B2C signals, we may collect: first name, last name, phone number, email address, home address, estimated household income, employer name, and job title — sourced from publicly available and opt-in data ecosystems.

For B2B signals, we may collect: business name, business email, job title, LinkedIn profile handle, company size, industry vertical, and technology stack signals.

We do not collect Social Security Numbers, financial account details, or health information.

Our proprietary algorithm monitors real-time search activity across major search engines including Google and Bing. When a consumer performs a search query matching a tracked keyword category, our system captures the associated intent signal and cross-references it against our verified contact database.

This process uses only publicly available intent signals and lawfully sourced contact data. We do not intercept private communications, read emails, or access any secure or private consumer accounts.

All signals are timestamped and SHA-256 cryptographically hashed upon capture to ensure data integrity, prevent duplication, and verify freshness. This hashing process ensures that every record delivered to our subscribers is unique and has not been recycled from stale databases.

LiveLeadz uses the collected data to build real-time intent reports delivered to subscribers via our platform dashboard and CSV exports.

We do not sell raw consumer data to third-party data brokers. Subscriber access to data is governed by the Terms of Service, which prohibit resale.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for internal analytics, model training, and product improvement purposes.

All lead data stored within the LiveLeadz platform is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Individual contact records are SHA-256 hashed at the point of capture to ensure integrity.

Access to the production database is restricted to authorized personnel only, protected by multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.

In the event of a data breach affecting consumer records, LiveLeadz will notify affected parties and relevant regulators within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

Consumers who believe their data is present in the LiveLeadz system may submit a data removal request by emailing privacy@liveleadz.com with the subject line 'Data Removal Request' and their full name, email address, and phone number.

We will verify the request and process the removal within 30 calendar days. Upon completion, we will send a written confirmation to the requesting email address.

We honor all opt-out requests submitted under the CCPA (California residents), GDPR (EU/EEA residents), and any applicable state privacy laws.

LiveLeadz is CCPA and GDPR compliant. We maintain detailed records of data sources, consent mechanisms, and processing activities as required under Article 30 of the GDPR.

Subscribers using exported data for telemarketing or SMS outreach are solely responsible for their own TCPA compliance, including maintaining Do-Not-Call list scrubbing and obtaining any required express written consent.
