Configure Object & Field Mapping
Choose whether to create Lead or Contact records. Map LiveLeadz fields to your Salesforce schema including any custom intent fields.
Go Live
Enable the Salesforce integration in your LiveLeadz dashboard. Leads will now appear in Salesforce within 1 second of interception.
